1. General Policy & Consumable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on opened or used items. However, we do review eligible cases on an individual basis.

  • All sales of consumable hemp-derived products are final once opened or used.
  • Effectiveness, taste, or personal preference are not valid reasons for a refund or exchange.
  • Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date.
  • Requests submitted after 10 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

  • Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 10 days of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect at the time of your report.
  • Damage reported after 10 days will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Approved damage claims will receive a replacement of the same item or store credit, at Leafy8’s discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened or partially used consumable products
  • Products returned without prior written authorization from Leafy8
  • Items purchased during clearance, BOGO, or final sale promotions
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Products showing signs of misuse, tampering, or improper storage

4. How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund, exchange, or replacement, follow these steps:

  • Step 1 — Contact Us: Email info@leafy8.com or call 855-453-2398 within 10 days of delivery.
  • Step 2 — Provide Documentation: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Step 3 — Await Review: Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • Step 4 — Resolution: Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are issued only at Leafy8’s sole discretion.
