Troubleshooting
Why does my cart taste burnt or isn’t hitting?
A burnt taste usually means the coil is being overworked or the cartridge is low on oil. Use a lower voltage setting (2.4–3.0V), take slower draws to let the wick re-saturate, and store your cart upright. If the cart is nearly empty or was exposed to heat, the coil may be burnt out and need replacing.
